Welcome to Skinversity! By using our website or booking any of our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. If you don’t vibe with any of this, we totally get it—but please don’t use the site or our services.
1. Booking + Appointments
When you book an appointment through our site or any third-party scheduling platform, you're agreeing to show up (and show up on time, please). We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any appointment if needed, but we’ll always do our best to give you a heads-up.
2. Cancellation + No-Show Policy
Life happens—we get it. But if you cancel less than 24 hours in advance or don’t show up, a cancellation fee may apply (check the booking page for current details). Repeated no-shows may result in blocked access to future bookings. Sad times.
3. Payments
All payments are processed securely through third-party platforms. We do not store your credit card details. Prices listed on our site are subject to change at any time without notice.
4. Health Disclosures
When you share personal or skin health info through forms or consultations, you're doing so voluntarily and truthfully. We use this info only to give you the best care possible (and we keep it private—see our Privacy Policy).
5. Gift Cards & Promotions
Gift cards and promotions may have expiration dates or usage limits. They’re not redeemable for cash and must be used per the terms listed at time of purchase or promotion.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this site (text, logos, images, etc.) belongs to Skinversity unless otherwise credited. Please don’t copy, reuse, or repost without permission—we worked hard on this stuff.
7. User Conduct
Don’t use our site to do shady things—like hacking, spamming, or pretending to be someone else. If you do, we reserve the right to restrict your access or ban you entirely. Karma’s a thing.
8. Services Disclaimer
Our services are not medical treatments and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any conditions. Always consult with your healthcare provider for serious concerns.
9. Limitation of Liability
We do our best to give you a stellar experience, but Skinversity isn’t responsible for:
Losses from interrupted website access
Reactions to products used during services (always tell us about allergies!)
Any third-party links or tools you use through our site
10. Modifications
We can update these Terms anytime. Changes go into effect as soon as they’re posted, and it’s your responsibility to check back occasionally.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Illinois. Any disputes? Let’s hope not—but if so, they’ll be handled in Illinois courts.
